Our staff of nine Master’s level clinicians offers individual counseling around a variety of issues, including; anxiety, depression, addiction, grief, work-life stress, gambling problems, relationship issues and a spectrum of other behavioral health disorders. Our clinical team is available for same day appointments and on-call for emergencies 24/7. We provide unlimited in-person and Telehealth counseling for employees and their families. We understand that employees may define a “family member” differently than those enrolled in company health plan. For that reason, we work with any person that might be affecting an employee or dependent’s ability to live healthy and productive lives.
Over the last three decades, Modern Assistance has developed a robust network of inpatient and outpatient providers for members and dependents that require referrals. We have strong relationships with these facilities and understand the variety of services offered at each one of these programs. We manage each case holistically, following members and their dependents from admission through discharge. We are involved in aftercare planning and conduct follow up meetings and calls with members and dependents to ensure they transition successfully from treatment back to their lives.
Additional services provided include an Intensive Outpatient Program, Peer to Peer Recovery groups, Men’s and Women’s Anger Management, DOT Substance Abuse Professional (SAP) evaluations, and court ordered substance use disorder evaluations. These services are included as at no additional cost.
In the case of a crisis or workplace accident, Modern Assistance will provide onsite support, including clinical staff trained to conduct critical incident debriefing (CISD). We provide onsite training to members, supervisors and professional staff on a range of topics. Our instructors are licensed Master’s level clinicians with expertise across a multitude of disciplines. We have three decades of training and instructional experience to leverage when delivering relevant learning experiences.
